Detox Your Environment
- Stop smoking and do not allow tobacco smoking inside your house. It is an invitation to sickness.
- Kick off shoes upon entering your home from outside. In homes where people do not routinely remove their shoes, house dust is loaded with lead and pesticides tracked in from outdoors.
- Control moisture. Maintain a relative humidity of 30-45% in each room of your home. In humidity of more than 55% dust mites, mold, mildew breed more.
- Do not carpet the floors. It harbors fungal growth. Dust frequently and clean all horizontal surfaces with a damp rag or wet mop twice a week.
- Throw away refrigerated leftovers not consumed within 48 hrs even if they are not visibly moldy.
- Monitor sources of combustion. All stoves, heaters and dryers generate CO, NO2, and formaldehyde, highly toxic gases. Make sure they are properly maintained and vented. Do not use gas appliances that run with a continuous pilot light. Test home air for Carbon Monoxide and formaldehyde.

Antacids, buffered aspirin, arthritis formulas and anti-diarrheal drugs contain aluminum. MERCURY Amalgams LEAD contaminates the land near gas stations and highways, drinking water, in insecticides, private wells, plastics. CADMIUM like mercury is toxic to all body systems. Cadmium poisoning can result from cigarette smoking. Cadmium is found in fungicides, pesticides, superphosphate fertilizers, paint pigments, polyvinyl plastics, silver polish, soft water, evaporated milk, oysters and seafood, etc.
