Pranayama Class (Yogic Breathing)
Prana is the Sanskrit word for life-force, the energy that resides within us and throughout the universe. By using yogic breathing techniques called Pranayama, the Prana within us is controlled and channeled to promote purification and healing of the body, mind and emotions.
