Marie Guptill, L.Ac.
Marie Guptill, L.Ac. is a California Board Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist currently practicing at MDI on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She treats numerous conditions but her specialty is in women’s health including fertility, menstrual issues and menopausal symptoms.
She graduated with a Master in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) degree from Five Branches University in San Jose, CA. During her clinical internships she was involved in treatment of infertility and women’s health at Nurture Acupuncture in San Ramon and treated elderly patients at the Akiyama Center in San Jose. Her decision to study TCM came after experiencing how effectively it helped her with her own health issues that conventional medicine could not resolve. Since then Chinese Medicine became her passion. Prior to studying TCM she graduated with honors from University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Geography. |
