Michelle Warner is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, certified by the California College of Ayurveda in 2007. She continued her Ayurvedic studies with Dr. Vasant Lad with courses in New Mexico, as well as a clinical internship in Pune, India. She also has training through the Upledger Institute in Craniosacral therapy.
She came to Ayurveda through spending time in India and the practice of Yoga. This "science of life" encompassed her love of the natural world, her belief in the body's ability to heal itself when balanced, and her fascination with the medicinal value of food and herbs.
Her practice includes nutritional counseling, the use of herbs, seasonal cleansing, lifestyle practices, and therapeutic bodywork. By understanding your unique mind/body constitution, we are able to implement a plan to restore health and vitality on all levels of your being.
