Edward Nunn is a Chef of 40 years and a decorated affiliate member of the American Culinary Federation and the Marriott Worldwide Chef Council. His career spans the entire country in a wide variety of roles in restaurants, hotels, gourmet cooking and fine dining. He has been teaching,training, and mentoring hundreds of cooks, chefs and future culinarians in public and private culinary schools across the country. He has been honoured to participate in World Culinary Events and has created Fusion World Cuisine menus that received wide recognition and attention in the press, radio, television, magazines, newspapers etc winning many awards. Ed Nunn has cooked and prepared meals for numerous Very Important People and celebrities including heads of state, icons,Princes, Kings, all past Presidents from Ronald Reagan to President Barack Obama now and many others.
At MDI, Ed dons the role of a Certified Chef and a Wellness and Nutritional Consultant, Counselor and Coach who personally lives and walks the talk. He is 57, 6’1”, 177 lbs, 8% body fat, takes no medications and has a bio-electric age of 25 years and dropping. Learn from him how to take better care of your body, soul, and spirit.
